Last week we not only looked at Lewis Hamilton but we read a story about the life of Ella Fitzgerald on Friday. We also listened to some of her songs and we drew how they made us feel or what they made us think of. The children were surprised by the sound of jazz music and found it quite funny listening out for the different instruments and how in some of her songs she made up words to sing.
